Our Leaving Party - Kids Cooking in Room 13

Miss Costello's Second Class have finally moved - Exciting times for us!!! We are now located in the new prefabs to the front of the school, room 23. We have fond memories of Room 13 so we thought it would be nice to throw a leaving party. We decided, since we were looking at recipes in class, that we would bake a chocolate cake for the the class. We chose a chocolate domino cake from a recipe book called "Kids Can Cook!" For many people, "kids and cooking" conjures up images of children wielding sharp knives and a sticky mess from floor to ceiling, but thankfully that was not what happened in Second Class on Monday...
